Wassup guys!
Okay, enough with the background and history thingy. Now, I will talk
about the benefits of martial arts.
Everyone including myself will think about violence and all those bad
influence that martial arts can bring to human. But after this, I will try to
convince all of you including myself to believe that martial art has more
advantages than disadvantages. I will make sure you guys believe me! Hahaha *evil
laugh*
There are many benefits that we can get from learning the martial arts. But
today, I will highlight on three of them which are can
control stress, develop good self – discipline and also flexibility
and endurance.
